Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available for non-custom products that are returned in their original, undamaged condition. Refunds will only be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please note that we are unable to provide refunds for:

Custom or personalised items, as these are crafted to meet specific requirements.

Items that have been damaged, altered, or show signs of use.

Shipping costs, as these are non-refundable.
Return Costs
As a sole trader, we are unable to cover the costs of return postage. Customers are responsible for ensuring items are securely packaged and returned using a reliable delivery service. Proof of postage is highly recommended.
Process for Refunds
To request a refund:

Raise a return request within 30 calendar days of purchase by contacting us at support@craftsmiths.co.uk or through this website.

Provide a valid order number and reason for the return. If applicable, photos of the item may be requested to assist in processing your request.

Upon approval of your request, our return address will be shared privately.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome and process the refund accordingly. Refunds may take up to 5–7 working days to appear in your account.
